He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Reine Combe and John Clifford Combe; and his brother David A. Combe. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Watson Combe; his children, John C. Combe III (Jodi), Wendy O'Neill (Stephen) of Enid, OK and Holly Peterson (Matt) of Underhill, VT; his grandchildren, Connor, Mary Watson, Bennett O'Neill and Charlie Combe; and his brother Raymond D. Combe.
