Wiggins (Sharon Campbell), Judy Kouri (late Harukazu), Sarah W. Bove (Spike), Anne E. Wiggins (late Cecil) and Joseph J. Wiggins (Alicia). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
