She is survived by: her sisters, Bertha D. Rhodes (late Herman) and Eva Scott (late Richard); her sister-in-law Betty M. Carter; and her goddaughter Kristin Rhodes-Sceau. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
