He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Hoggins and Lois P. Hoggins; and his sister Lynn Ann Hoggins Giuffria. He is survived by: his daughter Jillian Estella Hoggins; and his sister Peggy Lionett (Al Lionette). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124).
