She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Murphy, and Lillian Murphy, Sr.; her husband Frederick Adams; her son Adam Frank Sr.; her siblings, Clary Murphy, Willie Murphy, Jr., Abraham Murphy, Dorothy Murphy Reed and Francis Murphy Leday; and her siblings-in-law, Houston Reed, Rosevelt Leday, David Miller and Charisse Washington Murphy.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Adam Frank Jr., Antoinette Frank, Alex Frank and Anthony Frank; her great grandchildren, Justin Hanchette, Mariah Frank, Adam Booker III and Dez'Travien Frank; her great great grandchildren, Rhylee Hanchette and Alaiya Booker; and her siblings, Joe Murphy, Rev. John Murphy, Lincoln Murphy, Rev. Paul Murphy Sr. and Nell Murphy-Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (817 E South St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
