He was predeceased by: his daughter Pamela Richardson Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Lilly Brown Richardson; his children, Darlene Richardson Jones, Hayes W. Richardson, Jr. (Shelphili) and Tisha Starks Givens; and his brother Lawrence Parker, Sr.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the My Redeemer Missionary Baptist Church (2829 Washington Ave, New Orleans, LA 70113). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. Due to the surge in Covid/RSV/Flu, face mask and social distancing strongly encouraged.
