She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sanders and Isabel Sullen; her husband Willie Thomas Jr.; and her siblings, Nancy, Maxine, Maridel Moffett, John, Joseph, Caesar, Pierre, Goeasy, Jules, Earl, Milton and Ernest.
She is survived by: her children, Althea Thomas Parker (Milton), Sandra Thomas Glass (Vincent), Byron Thomas (Robin) and Toni Simms (Gregory); and her sisters, Geraldine Ricard and Shirley White. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
