He was predeceased by: his wife Susan McKneely Turgeau; his parents, Theresa Bourgeois Turgeau and Harry P. Turgeau, Sr.; and his siblings, Harry P. Turgeau, Jr. and Martha Turgeau Wilcox.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Turgeau Starns (Rémy) and Dr. Michael Paul Turgeau (Brenda); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Carroll (Layne), Madeline Kyzar (Josh), Milan Hebert (Mason), Alexander Turgeau, Camron Viola and Grant Turgeau; his great grandchildren, Isla Hebert, Harrison Carroll and Paisley Kyzar; and his siblings, Larry Turgeau (Georgia), Darryl Turgeau (Kathy) and Judy Turgeau Bothman (John).
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
