She is survived by: her children, Engrid, Claire and Jonathan Hamilton; her grandchildren, Zaria Nicole and Chance Capone Hamilton; and her sister Brenda Lawson (James). She is also survived by four nephews, three nieces, ten great nieces, two great nephews, two maternal uncles Willie Earl Hamilton, Marron Nelson and a host of cousins, family and friends.
