With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Howard Culver of New Orleans, Louisiana, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 20, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Thekla; and his brother H. Tod Culver. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marlene Bergh; his children, Jeffrey Culver (Stacey), Vicki Anderson (Jim) and Pamela Culver; his granddaughter Erin Culver; and his sister Thekla Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
