We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2025, at the age of 74, Frank Leo Stansbury Jr. (New Orleans, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leo Stansbury, Sr. and Doris May Melancon Stansbury; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Mayer and Becky Whetstone. He is survived by: his significant other Sheri Kuhlman Stansbury; his brother Michael J. Stansbury (Dora) of Havelock; and his siblings-in-law, Grady Kuhlman (Kaye) of Garden City, Mark Kuhlman (Tina), Trudy Ginest (Melvin) of Powell and Sandy Calkins Lakin (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel (5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). The military honors was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
