He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Morgan and Eddie Mae Morgan; and his wife Bobbie Jean Morgan. He is survived by: his daughter Michele Morgan Buckley (Douglas) of Greenwood; his grandsons, Austin Green (Chris) of Dallas, TX and Travis Green (Lauren) of Springdale; his great grandchild Brooks Morgan Green; his caregivers, Gail Seamster, Teresa Wright, Amanda LaRue, Darla McAlister and Frank; his friend Jerry Efurd; and also Ginger Charles.

During Covid in 2020, since the library was closed, he quickly learned to listen to books on his IPad which were Bluetoothed through his hearing aids. As much as he missed actually reading the books, it was a Godsend to have audiobooks because shortly after Covid, he lost his vision to Macular Degeneration Over the last 3 years, he has listened to over 2000 books.
