Francis DeGeorge Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2024, at the age of 88, Francis DeGeorge (New Orleans, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Francis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Francis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Joan Crawford DeGeorge; his parents, Anthony G. DeGeorge and Frances Traina DeGeorge; and his brother Larry A. DeGeorge (Vera). He is survived by: his children, Kent A DeGeorge (Michelle), Cheryl DeGeorge Erlandson (Karl) and David F. DeGeorge (Claire); and his grandson Nicholas A. DeGeorge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
