Frances Ellen Smith Starkey Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Ellen Smith Starkey in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her mother Ellen Mai Madison Smith; her husband Ted; her father A. D. Smith; her brother Dale; her sister-in-law Janet Smith; and her stepfather Vincent Goodman.

She is survived by: her cousins, Virginia "Ginnie" Madison Arabie, Leah Madison Cheshire, Carol Madison Ludden, Kathy Madison Wilson, Michael Embree, Ralph Madison, Jr. and Pat Embree Bass; and her stepsiblings, Dr. Gittle Goodman and Gregg Goodman.
