With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Florence Tranchina Rulh in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 6, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Tranchina and Florence Kelly; her husband Francis Emile Rulh; her brothers, Philip "Mickey" and Little Doug; and her children, Richard "Ricky", Donald "Big Donald" (Susan), Donna Marie and Frank Edward "Frankie" (Julie).
She is survived by: her son Douglas Raymond "Dougie"; and her grandchildren, Ben, Phil, Mary, Chris, Kelli, Scott, Donald "Lil Donald", Donielle, Elizabeth "Lizzy", Amelia, Jennifer, Kimberly, Don, Garret, Frank "Dustin", Jordan, Ashleigh, Mikayla and Jessi. She is also survived by 35 great grandchildren and countless nieces, nephews, in laws.
