He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Kellar and Marion LaPorte Kellar. He is survived by: his children, David L. Kellar, Audrea K. Jackson (Joshua) and Elmer J. Kellar III; the parent of his children Sheral C. Kellar; his daughter Brianna Nicole Kellar; the mother of his child Deborah Bush; and his siblings, Lynne Kellar Smith (Morris), Ferron C. Kellar (Betty), Leopold P. Kellar (Otovwe) and Keri Devane (Patrick). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Boyd Family Funeral Home (5001 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
