She is survived by: her child Hollie Hardeman Carter; her son-in-law Garry Stephens; her grandchildren, Nicholas Carter, Luke Carter (Wendy Derrick), Emma Stephens and Tara Stephens; her cousins, Jake, Diane Grillot, Krystal Simoneaux and Bessie VanGeffen; and her adoptive son Wayne Daigrepont. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
