He was predeceased by: his wife Estella "Mom" Howard; his parents, William Howard, Sr. and Lucinda Howard; his children, Keith E. Howard and Deborah A. Howard-Jackson; and his siblings, Henry, William Jr., Tony, Issac, Joseph, Raymond, Jerry, Earl, Melvin Howard, Everlena Perkins, Isabella Howard, Katie Howard, Louise Howard Crosby, Earline Howard, Emma Jean Howard-McClain and Elizabeth Howard.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth L. Howard (Alanda); his grandchildren, Tenell Moore, Jamall Moore, Hope Howard-Giles (Justin) and Kennady Howard; and his siblings, Ollie Kay Overstreet, Claudine Brown, Angelita Lawless, Denise Howard and Rodney Howard. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Christian Life Bible Church (16 Westbank Expy, Gretna, LA 70053). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
