He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony Michiele Livaccari. He is survived by: his wife Claire Livaccari; his children, Margarett, Daphne and Jack Livaccari; his parents, Joan Livaccari, and Anthony Joseph Livaccari, Jr.; and his sisters, Jenifer Livaccari Lemmon, Maeghan Livaccari and Mia Livaccari.
