She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Raymond Alfortish, Sr. and Rita Berry Alfortish. She is survived by: her husband Harold Brett, Jr.; her daughters, Sandy Brett Spitale (Gerald Spitale) and Bonnie Brett Frey (Larry Frey); her grandchildren, Jessica Spitale Fresina (Trent Fresina), Brent Spitale (Shelby Goutreaux Spitale), Jordy Spitale, Ashley Frey Puente (Jason Puente) and Callie Frey; and her great grandchildren, Carsyn Fresina, Reagan Fresina, Addison Spitale and Skylar Spitale.
