We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2024, at the age of 67, Debra Bourque in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertie Menard and Skurdy Menard. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Dale Bourque of Scott; her son Brannon Bourque (Jaclyn) of Judice; her siblings, Geraldine Venable of Cankton, Joann Judice (Carl) of Lafayette, Bradley Menard of Duson, Glen Menard of Sunset and Teddy Menard of Duson; her granddaughters, Bailee and Chloe Bourque; and her close friend Myra.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Walters Funeral Home (2424 N University Ave, Lafayette, LA 70507). A rosary was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery (1110 Old Spanish Trail, Scott, LA 70583).
