With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Anthony Brown Sr. of New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 56. He was predeceased by: his grandchild Baby Brown; his parents, Tom Brown, Jr. and Lois Gipson; his stepfather Larry Gipson; his grandparents, Rev. Louis Cincore, Sr. and Elvira Strider; his great-nephew Marcus Brown, Jr.; and also Rev. Tyronne Cincore, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Brown; his children, Victoria, Joshua, Dominique, David, Jr., Nasir and D'Anthony; and his siblings, Corey Brown, Sr., Roslyn Robert and Julie Brown Bessie (McDonald).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Davis Mortuary Service (230 Monroe St, Gretna, LA 70053). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. FACE MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
