It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Rose Stromboe (New Orleans, Louisiana), who passed away on October 20, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lowe Sr. and Rita Lowe (Standige); her husband Axel Stromboe; and her brother Gerard Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Eric Stromboe, Lisa Stromboe Decossas (Jimmy) and Keri Stromboe; her grandchildren, Brooke, Erica Decossas, Claire, Connor Stromboe and Lexa Dayries; her siblings, Charles "Buster" Lowe Jr. (Joy) and Ann Deck (Gene); her sister-in-law Zina Lowe (Gerard); and her friend Mayola Davis. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
