Payton, Jr. (Vettice) of New Orleans, LA. and Lawrence Tyronne Payton (late Duane) of Jamaica; and her aunt Octivia Lockett Payton of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
