He was predeceased by: his grandfather Clark Cosey, Jr.; his great-grandparent Ethel Cosey; his uncle Robert Earl Cosey; his grandfather Willie Joiner, Sr.; his uncle Willie Joiner, Jr.; and his aunt Donna Prejean.
He is survived by: his parents, Viola III and Clark Cosey III; his grandmothers, Dorothy Mae Cosey and Annie Mae Joiner; his siblings, Tiffany Joiner, Tonya Joiner, Tyra Joiner, Clark Joiner (Jondreika), Craig Joiner (Jaranicke) and Carlyn Cosey; and his great-aunts, Gladys Brown, Willie Mae Comeaux and Joyce Marie Williams. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
