He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Epps, Sr. and Fannie Mae Cobbins; and his wife Melvina Epps. He is survived by: his children, Yolanda Epps Martin (Phillip), Alvin Wayne Epps (Phyllis), Cassandra Epps and Michele Epps Kuykindall (Chris). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
