He was predeceased by: his parents, Ophelia DeSilva and Charlie D. Williams Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Kenya M. Williams, Annette and Michael Carroll; his brother Ronald DeSilva (Debra); and also Betty Williams Nelson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 godchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Dennis Funeral Home (1812 Louisiana Ave, New Orleans, LA 70115). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
