He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillie Bell Frazier McGowan and Percy McGowan Sr.; his wife Cynthia McGowan; and his sibling Thirty. He was also cherished by Thirty-two grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
