He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Martinez Breithoff; his parents, Peter Patrick Breithoff and Josephine Manzella Breithoff; his siblings, Peter Breithoff and Carole Breithoff Weller (Francis Weller); and his stepchildren, Thomas Deroche and Andrea Deroche Prioux.
He is survived by: his daughter Kirsten Breithoff Hebert (Blaine) of Alexandria, LA; his grandchildren, Nicholas Hebert (Britnee) and Courtney Hebert; his great grandchild Ila Ruth; his stepgrandchildren, Blake Hebert and Erica Hebert Bennett (Josh); his sons, Reid and Landon; and his brother Bill Breithoff (Sally). He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
