She was predeceased by: her husband Travis Nathan Sr.; and her father Robert James. She is survived by: her mother Earnestine Stewart; her children, Travis Jr., Mario Nathan and Tanita Nathan; her grandchildren, Latoya Nathan and Randy Nathan; her children, Sheila Nathan, Adrian Nathan, Marketia Davis, Shannon Ferrand, Robin Nathan and Antonio Nathan; and her sister Mary Lenoir (Aunt Jean). She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gentilly Baptist Church (5141 Franklin Ave, New Orleans, LA 70122). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at the New Bethel United Methodist Church (2322 McKenzie Road, Tylertown, MS 39667).
