She was predeceased by: her husband George Matthew Etienne; her parents, Beatrice Fauchaux Smith and Clay Smith, Sr.; her son Pierre Jacques Etienne; and her siblings, Ruth Timmons, Clay Smith, Jr. and Alvin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Desiree Rosette Etienne and Dierdre Regine Etienne; and her sister Alma Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
