He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker T. Diggins Sr. and Alberda Griffin Diggins. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa George Diggins; his brothers, Booker T. Diggins Jr. (Wanda) and Bernard Pierre (Angelica); his children, Denika Atwell (Malcolm), LaShika Williams, Ralph Berniard, Benjamin Diggins Jr. (Tonette) and Le'kedra Robertson; and his close friends, Lavon Jackson and Roosevelt Jackson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren with a host of siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Church (2926 Jackson Ave, New Orleans, LA 70125). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
