He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules John Viosca, Jr. and Frances Newman Viosca; and his brother Jules J. Viosca III. He is survived by: his wife Carol Uglesich Viosca; his daughters, Dynelle Nicole Viosca and Chalon Viosca LaFleur (Jean Paul); his grandchildren, Campbell Emily LaFleur and Alaine Elizabeth LaFleur; and his sister Bonnie A. Viosca.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
