He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Evans Sr. and Everlenner Poole Evans; and his siblings, Alphonse, Alvin Evans and Gloria J. Evans.
He is survived by: his siblings, John L. Evans, Robert Evans, Veronica Armant (Ronnie) and Evelyn Breaux (Jonathan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
