He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Thompson, and Cleveland Thompson, Sr.; and his brother Eric Thompson. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Salinas; his grandchildren, Isaac and Eleanor Salinas; his siblings, Cleveland Thompson, Jr., Loretta King, Michael Thompson, Walter Thompson and Bertrand Thompson; and his girlfriend Angela Mercadel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (7300 Crowder Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70127). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
