He was predeceased by: his father Albert Bellizan, Jr.; his daughter Tyra Bellizan; and his sister Sheryl Nicholas. He is survived by: his mother Willie Mae Bellizan; his wife Sadie L. Bellizan; his children, Dedric Bellizan (Brandy) and Kendra M. Bellizan; his grandchildren, Terrell, Ashton, Dedric, Jr., Layla and Kobe Bellizan; and his siblings, Sheila, Gaynell, Bobby Bellizan (Sheila) and Barbara Wagner.
