He is survived by: his children, Alicia Billman Kraemer (Michael Kraemer) of New Iberia and Major Rayman Henry Billman (Samantha Billman) of Brandon, MS; his grandchildren, Ashlea Rae Dupre (Tyler Dupre) of Youngsville, LA, Amber Nicole Couch (Leah Couch) of Fort Worth, TX, Olivia Dumond Goodwin (Matthew Goodwin) of Brandon, MS, Claire Delilah Redfield of Eunice, LA, Simon Stone Billman of Brandon, MS, Aden Favor Powers of Oxford, MS and Greenlee Ray Billman of Brandon, MS; and his sisters, Janeen Billman Smith (William Smith) of Ocala, FL and Melissa Billman Duet of Houma, LA.. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
