She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Alexander, Sr. and Rachel Doffoney Alexander; and her siblings, Rose Mary Alexander, Ethel Mae Botley, Hayward Alexander, Herbert Alexander, Sr., Wilbert Alexander, Jr. and Kenneth Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Adrian Holmes of New Iberia, LA and Dwayne Alexander (Jamie Broussard) of Jeanerette, LA; and her siblings, Lois Jeanlewis (Alkin), Minister Joyce Alexander of Jeanerette, LA, Cathy Allen (Samuel) of San Antonio, TX, Dianne Alexander of New Iberia, LA, Donald Ray Alexander (Lucy Williams) of New Iberia, LA and Rogers Hills of LaMarque, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Jerusalem Baptist Church (835 Monnot Rd, Jeanerette, LA 70544). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
