She was predeceased by: her parents, Numa LaBiche, Sr. and Edmae Hebert LaBiche; her husband James "Jim" William Collins; and her siblings, Jeanne Reagan LaBiche, Effie LaBiche, Maurice LaBiche, Milton LaBiche, Emmitt LaBiche, Dozelilia LaBiche, Numa LaBiche, Jr., Olita DeRouen, Whitney LaBiche, Sr., Rita Mae Broussard, Albert LaBiche and Franklin LaBiche.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Collins of Burnsville, Gene Michael Collins (Genee) of New Iberia, James Neil Collins (Jeanine) of Lydia and John Collins (Lisa) of Omaha, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Dr. Jamie Collins (Elizabeth Collins), Beau Fontenot, Lauren Boring (Joseph), Weeks Miller Collins, Christopher Collins, Claire Cenac (William), Nicole Collins (Mark Gassiot), Elena Quevedo, Victoria Brekke (Tyler), Nicholas Collins (Page) and Caroline Collins. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
