She was predeceased by: her former husband Thurman J. White, Sr.; her husband Jimmie Dale Kelly; her parents, Adiole J. Provost and Yvonne D. Provost; her brothers, Gayle Provost and Kyle Provost; her siblings-in-law, Judy Provost and Leonard "Butch" Swinney; and her son-in-law Quentin "Jude" Desormeaux.
She is survived by: her children, Thurman "TJ" Joseph White, Jr. (Kelly), Ina White Byrd, Daniel White (Bobbie), Bernice White Frederick and Nicole White Desormeaux; her siblings, Kathleen Provost Swinney and Howard A. Provost; her sister-in-law Joyce Provost; and her grandchildren, Michael Bodin, Brynn White (Jordan), Brian Kelly (Danae), Val Slaughter (Taylor), Jeremy Byrd, Desiree Melancon, Kayla Pellerin (Breadon), Megan Mendoza (Zach), Michael Byrd and Kristen Slaughter (Leslie). She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
