With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Gilley Broussard (New Iberia, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Humbert Gilley and Katherine Cox Falcon; her stepfather Frank Falcon, Jr.; and her siblings, Carolayne Holley and John Holley, III.
She is survived by: her husband James Cecil Broussard; her children, Tammy Bonin (L. J.), Tina Viator (Randy) and Michael J. Broussard (Christina); her grandchildren, Sheena DeRouen, Zachery DeRouen, Ashley DeRouen, Jayson Bonin, Kathryn Broussard and James Broussard; and her sister Tonda Delahoussaye. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
