He was predeceased by: his parents, Rand Robert and Lillie Belgard Moss; his brother Bill Moss; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Young. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stansbury Moss; his children, Marcelle Kokenge (Jason) and Jason Moss; his siblings, Ann Guillotte (Randy), Jim Moss (Peggy) and Barbara Young; his grandchildren, Rachel Romero (Hunter), Brandon Moss (Kathryn), Lance Moss (Tori), Katherine LeBlanc (Ridge), Caroline Wilson and Joseph Kokenge (Gillian); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Aria, Kathleen, Duke, Drake, Camryn, Cullen, Stella, Emerson, John and Margot.
