He was predeceased by: his parents, Elyana Broussard and Willie Dudley Livingston; and his brother Gerald "J. D." "Champ" Livingston, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Emma Dell Jefferson Livingston; his son Nerry Livingston, Jr. (Dion) of Cypress, Texas; and his brother Claude Wilson (Rhita) of Oakland, California. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - New Iberia (502 Jefferson Terrace, New Iberia, LA 70560). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Beau Pre Cemetery (7605 E Old Spanish Trail, Jeanerette, LA 70544).
