He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, John Thomason and Faye Thomason; his stepfather John Ed King; and his siblings, Wayne King and Vickey King.
He is survived by: his significant other Marian Stevens; his children, Cody Thomason, Johnathan Cote', Jeramy Stevens, Kamryn Stevens, Amber Thomason, Kimberly Ray (Wacey), Christina Bob (Byron), Holly Stevens, Desiree Stevens (Jarvis) and Brenda Thomason King; and his siblings, Edward King (April), Brian King, Danny King (Sherry) and Carol Thomason Jennings. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home (502 Jefferson Terrace, New Iberia, LA 70560). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
