She was predeceased by: her mother Emily Amy Dauphine Polk; her stepfather Riley Joseph Polk; her grandson Courtland Oneal Hall; her grandparents, Garfield Dauphine and Elia Viltz Dauphine; and her parents-in-law, Levy Leroy Collins, Sr. and Georgia Pomier Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Tony" Collins, Sr. of New Iberia, LA; her sons, Joseph Collins, Jr. of Seattle, WA, Jason Wade Collins, Sr. (Kimberly) of Lithonia, GA and Derek Shaun Collins, Sr. of Dallas, TX; and her sisters, Theresa Marie Dauphine Collins of New Iberia, LA and Joetta Marie Polk of Lawrenceville, GA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
