It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Bourque of New Iberia, Louisiana, who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Winclise Bourque; and his sister Jill Reid. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Simon Bourque; his mother Agnes Gaspard Bourque; his children, Nicole Gaspard (Edvard), Chanda Bourque (Brandi) and Brock Bourque (Shantelle Milliman); his grandchildren, Emily Gross, Erica Gaspard, Cole Forrester, Braslyn Bourque and Brynley Bourque; and his siblings, Judy Gromer and Barry Bourque. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nativity of Our Lady Catholic Church (130 N Richelieu Cir, New Iberia, LA 70563). A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
