She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Callicott (Betty Brock Callicott Driggers) and New Iberia; her sister Renee Callicott Crawford; her nephew Jessie Crawford; and her siblings-in-law, Vickie Romero Lasserre and Stacey Romero.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Romero; her son Jason P. Romero; and her siblings, Richard Shane Callicott (Deborah) and Jeannine Callicott Collins (Neil). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
