Louise Casimere Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2024, at the age of 74, Louise Casimere of New Iberia, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Phillip Johnlewis; her parents, Charlie Casimere, Sr. and Rena "Joseph" Casimere; her grandparents, John Casimere, Sr., James Joseph, Alberta Casimere and Cora Mack; her siblings, Jeanette Casimere, Annette Casimere, Mercedes Casimere, Charlie Casimere Jr. and Lawerence Casimere; and her nephew Girouard Casimere.

She is survived by: her son Dennis Casimere Sr. (Cwandesha) of New Iberia, LA; her siblings, Renia Brooks (Melvin) of Texas City, TX, Yolanda Casimere of LaMarque, TX and Berwick Casimere, Sr. (Doris) of Jeanerette, LA; her grandchildren, Cha'laysia Casimere, Da'nire Casimere, Dennis Casimere Jr., Miryanna Casimere and Skye Casimere; her aunt Helen Casimere; and her uncle Robert Casimere Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral Home of New Iberia (609 W Admiral Doyle Dr, New Iberia, LA 70560). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
