He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Brenda Clavelle Lewis; his parents, Livingston Lewis, Sr. and Priscilla Simon Lewis; and his daughter Weslynn Moore Little. He is survived by: his son Derek Lewis of Houston, TX; his siblings, Herman Lewis, Sr. (Gloria) of Four Corners, LA and Ruby L. Mitchell (Raymond) of Jeanerette, LA; and his goddaughter Ursula Thomas of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
