He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador "Sam" Russo and Gercy Champagne Russo; his siblings, Sammy Russo, David Russo and Belinda Russo; and his son-in-law Mel Duplechin.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Boudreaux Russo; his children, Bryan Russo (Dianne), Michael Russo (Lisa) and Stacie Russo Duplechin; his grandchildren, Colby Russo, Nicholas Russo (Ronni), Wyatt Duplechin, Heather Moore (Jon) and Megan Whittaker; his great grandchildren, Parker Moore, Evangeline Moore, Christian Russo, Charlotte Russo, Cortland Owens, Cullen Owens and Fisher Whittaker; his siblings, Virginia Russo Latiolais (Dewey), Christine Russo Champagne, Jody Russo, Linda Russo, Victor Russo, Nathan Russo, Joe Russo, Charlie Russo and Jack Russo; and his sisters-in-law, Denise Russo and Mona Russo.
